After using the Rogue 13.3" bag for 4 days I have to say that it's one of the most comfortable and light backpacks I've used for riding. Unlike other bags I've used where the laptop sleeve is either a cheap mesh or meant for a 15" laptop it's nice that Razer made it to be a perfect fit for the Blade Stealth and also eliminates my need to carry around a laptop sleeve everywhere I go. Even though the bag may not look like it's got too much space in it I was surprised to find out that there was actually a good amount of space for everything I bring to work, with room to spare; this usually consists of my RBS, charger, Naga Hex v2, 3ds+charger, Reading glasses, Tylenol+Ibuprofen (always good to have on-hand), my uniform, and a lunch with still room to spare. I̵t̵'̵s̵ ̵a̵l̵s̵o̵ ̵w̵o̵r̵t̵h̵ ̵n̵o̵t̵i̵n̵g̵ ̵t̵h̵a̵t̵ ̵t̵h̵e̵ ̵a̵d̵d̵i̵t̵i̵o̵n̵ ̵o̵f̵ ̵w̵e̵a̵t̵h̵e̵r̵p̵r̵o̵o̵f̵i̵n̵g̵ ̵i̵s̵ ̵a̵ ̵h̵u̵g̵e̵ ̵p̵l̵u̵s̵ ̵a̵n̵d̵ ̵a̵l̵t̵h̵o̵u̵g̵h̵ ̵I̵ ̵w̵o̵u̵l̵d̵ ̵l̵e̵a̵n̵ ̵t̵o̵w̵a̵r̵d̵s̵ ̵u̵s̵i̵n̵g̵ ̵o̵n̵e̵ ̵o̵f̵ ̵m̵y̵ ̵s̵a̵d̵d̵l̵e̵b̵a̵g̵s̵ ̵w̵i̵t̵h̵ ̵a̵ ̵f̵u̵l̵l̵ ̵w̵a̵t̵e̵r̵p̵r̵o̵o̵f̵ ̵r̵a̵i̵n̵ ̵f̵l̵y̵ ̵f̵o̵r̵ ̵h̵e̵a̵v̵y̵ ̵r̵a̵i̵n̵,̵ ̵i̵t̵'̵s̵ ̵g̵o̵o̵d̵ ̵t̵o̵ ̵k̵n̵o̵w̵ ̵I̵ ̵c̵a̵n̵ ̵u̵s̵e̵ ̵t̵h̵i̵s̵ ̵w̵i̵t̵h̵o̵u̵t̵ ̵n̵e̵e̵d̵i̵n̵g̵ ̵t̵o̵ ̵w̵o̵r̵r̵y̵ ̵a̵s̵ ̵m̵u̵c̵h̵ ̵f̵o̵r̵ ̵t̵h̵e̵ ̵l̵i̵g̵h̵t̵e̵r̵ ̵s̵t̵u̵f̵f̵.̵
    Definitely something that makes it easy to get up and go if I need to and a great way to be able to carry your gear without messing with the sleek look of your bike. M̵y̵ ̵o̵n̵l̵y̵ ̵i̵s̵s̵u̵e̵ ̵i̵s̵ ̵t̵h̵e̵ ̵a̵b̵s̵e̵n̵c̵e̵ ̵o̵f̵ ̵a̵ ̵r̵a̵i̵n̵ ̵f̵l̵y̵ ̵s̵i̵n̵c̵e̵ ̵I̵ ̵d̵o̵n̵'̵t̵ ̵f̵e̵e̵l̵ ̵l̵i̵k̵e̵ ̵I̵ ̵c̵a̵n̵ ̵f̵u̵l̵l̵y̵ ̵t̵r̵u̵s̵t̵ ̵t̵h̵a̵t̵ ̵i̵t̵ ̵w̵o̵u̵l̵d̵ ̵b̵e̵ ̵a̵b̵l̵e̵ ̵t̵o̵ ̵p̵u̵t̵ ̵u̵p̵ ̵w̵i̵t̵h̵ ̵h̵e̵a̵v̵i̵e̵r̵ ̵r̵a̵i̵n̵.̵

Pouring rain the other day and I have to say: wow. It's actually pretty waterproof, I did notice that the outer pocket wasn't immune to the humidity, but the main pocket has a pretty amazing seal; and as long as you make sure the zippers aren't facing upwards then you should be totally fine.
Bravo Razer! This almost makes up for the discontinuation of the Deathstalker :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
    ...almost

tl,dr: Good bag for Ultrabook owners and riders who don't want to get a saddlebag. Light, safe, weatherproof: 10/10 could use a rain fly, but not necessary.

BTW: sorry about the grammar, but I'm not going to treat a forum post like a college essay ;P

Would be more perfect if you add some pictures from it, i think poeple want to see the inside of the backpack since usually it isn’t showed on advertising pictures.

Sure! Are you okay with it not being empty?

Sure! I want also to see how fit is stealth on it, might be fit well also with other 13 laptops since RBS has unique longer body. It could show better than empty one imo.

Nope, it’s too small and only fit well Razer Blade and its pheriperals plus some notebooks (book). I think only tactical backpack fits both according a users comment recently. My 15 rogue also can’t fit it, idk about 17 rogue though.

would the 14" tactical backpack fit both then? or would it have to be the 17" tactical backpack?

The Core is somewhat small, my old Dakine backpack with two pockets could fit it. The issue that comes into play is weight distribution and how much of the Cores weight is being put onto the Blade, which is why I mainly use a hiking bag/hybrid for whenever I travel since it's evenly distributed.

But it’s heavy;) I always hope they do the mini version, like leviathan, sphex etc. The design is the best one among the eGPU enclosure that exists now imo though. I’m not tech geek, but if GPU on laptop is so small, why no one made those size GPU that could be connected to ultrabook through TB3 etc for better portability instead putting full-size desktop GPU in an enclosure.

For travelling with the core I would recommend a Pelican case with fitted foam. It’s heavy and aluminum is pretty easy to dent (years of hauling around cheesegrater xeon macs taught me that).

A large enough case could also have room for a kb/mouse or maybe a VR helmet...

I need help, I'm torn between Herschel and Razer. What would you recommend?

Hmm... which Herschel? And what would you primarily be using it for?

The Pop Quiz. Traveling and commuting mainly. I'm worried mostly about the difference in quality and reputation... Herschel is a pretty well know brand, Razer is... Not a backpack brand first.

Do you think I can put the fully stuffed razer ammo pack inside? I dont have any idea whether I should go for 13" or 15" rogue.

Probably, I can fit my full body rain suit in it no problem

I could easily put the fully packed Razer Ammo Pack into my 13" Rogue Backpack - but I wouldn't want to add much else to it after that due to the odd shape of the Ammo Pack compared to the bag. So, if you want to carry the Ammo Pack full and other items then I might recommend the 15" Rogue for that. :)
