Right Click Problem

Today I started having trouble with my mouse because when I hold down right click, it randomly clicks right click while held. Also, when I single click the right click, it sometimes double clicks and its driving me crazy because I cant aim down sights in any game. I opened it up and noticed that a plastic prong is missing from the right mouse button and when clicking the microswitch with my finger, it worked perfectly but I was unable to find the prong inside the mouse case as I had never opened it up in its 4 years of use. I think its the essential one or the normal one.
