Good day everyone. I just got the Razer Ripsaw HD to capture my gameplay but when i plug my PS5 in the capture card and then tv i get 1080 and 4k not supported in settings . If i plug the PS5 directly into the TV i get the 4k 60. Tested it with another device same story . Not sure what is going on HDR is off on all device. I can seem to get 4k60 pas through? All the cables used are hdmi 2.0 and the ports aswel.

The Razer Ripsaw HD can be connected with a 144 Hz gaming monitor, but the streamed and passthrough output will be capped at 60 Hz. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance. I’ll be locking this thread now.
