Ripsaw HD Audio Popping

Running Windows 11, listening to the HDMI audio through windows' settings or obs I get slight audio popping. This essentially ruins the capture card for me. I am using a PS4 through an HDMI splitter, however the popping is there irregardless of the splitter being there.

My previous capture card, an Elgato HD60, did not have this problem. I am on a completely fresh windows 11 install, high performance and quality hardware, no other USB devices connected beside a tartarus pro, wooting 1, logitech g502 and samson co1u pro (kb, mouse, mic).

How do I fix this?

P.S. I'm sure this will get asked so here's a youtube video demonstrating the issue.

Have you tried using a different HDMI cable and updating the firmware? If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can start a case and forward your concern to the Software Team.
The answer I ended up getting from support is that my pc isn't supported because it's an amd machine. Nowhere in the marketing is this made clear.

I bought an elgato HD60s+ and it's been working great.
