Hi all,
I hope someone can help me out?!
I just purchased the Ripsaw HD today to steam my PS4 via OBS. I've pretty much got it set up, and can stream my game, with audio and mic etc.
But for some reason, the game screen glitches really badly in the OBS preview and on stream.
At one point it was doing it over the bottom half of the screen, so i changed the output resolution, and it seemed to work.
But now, it just keeps happening on one particular screen, over one section of it!!
I've added a video so you can see what i mean. It happens at the bottom of the screen at 16secs and again at 30secs.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Ripsaw HD concern here. I've checked the video and saw the output resolution issue at 0:16-0:20, 0:29-0:31, and 0:45-0:46 time stamp. Have you updated your Razer Synapse 3.0? Did you set the computer's graphics card output to 60 FPS? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number. I'll pick it up from there.
