Ripsaw HD won't connect to OBS

I just purchased the Razer Ripsaw HD to stream console games, and it's showing in my computer settings as connected, but it won't show up in OBS as an active video capture device. I also have a popup on my screen that says there's no active HDMI signal, but I have an HDMI plugged into it, and there is passthrough showing on my monitor, but after a few seconds it goes away, and my monitor defaults back to Display Port instead of HDMI connection. Any idea what could fix this? I've already updated Synapse 3 and checked for updates in OBS and there are none. Is it possible to make sure I have the correct drivers, and if not where can I get the right ones?
