I created an RMA case *Removed from public view* around August to replace a faulty mouse I had. The replacement was shipped to the wrong address and returned back to the Mira Loma, Ca facility. After that I informed the customer service agent about the wrong address and he claimed another was being shipped to the corrected address. I kept checking the new tracking number for weeks and it said the order was pending. I finally decided to contact the customer service agent about this and he said the tracking number he previously gave me was incorrect and gave me a new one. The "new" one was the previous tracking number where it got returned to the Mira Loma facility so I informed the agent about this but he insists the package was delivered, even though it clearly says it was delivered to Mira Loma. I'm really not sure what to do anymore. I've been in this RMA process for 2 months now and I'm still out of a mouse. I hate to have to do this through the forum but I feel like I'm running out of options. I don't have a mouse and I don't have the $60 I paid for it so it really feels like I just got robbed. Can someone else please help me and look into this? I feel like the customer service agent isn't getting me anywhere. Thank you!
