Hi, how long does it take for RMA team to reach out to me for my warranty after its been eligible? I was said it would take 24-48 hours and its already passed more than a week, sent out e-mails regarding it and also no reply

Sent my headphones in for replacement almost a month ago and my case has not been updated once, nor any email responses to my request for a status update either.
