Robin Warranty Support Has Ended

    My Robin isn't even one year old and the screen has stopped responding. So you're basically tell me there are no options?

    Nothing outside of what you can do. Have you tried force resetting your device by holding the power button? If that actually reboots your phone, but the screen still doesn't respond, try it again, but hold the volume down button. Boot into recovery and format your data. I would start there.

    Thank you. I tried it all. It boots after recovery and thats about it. The screen does not respond to touch.

    You shouldn't need to touch the screen in recovery mode. Just use the volume buttons to select recovery and then again to select format data. Have you tried that? PM me if you still can't use it.
    BTW: I just wanted to let you know, I don't work for Nextbit/Razer, but I'd be happy to help solve your problem.

    I completed recovery mode. All worked well, until it booted to the setup screen. At this point I cannot do anything because the screen is unresponsive. I appreciate any help you can offer.

    Hi Sir I need little help i am using nextbit robin phone From few day my lock button and fingerprint scanner is not working where i can repair my device.

    is there a plan to provide discount to buy Razer phone (for existing ROBIN users) ?

    and is there any furtther update is expected?
