RP2 Broken Power Button

I am posting here on the suggestion of rox598 on reddit to inquire of what I can do in hopes of reaching support as I have sent an email inquiry and have been in the live chat queue for about 4 hours now.

What's happening is that my power button has encountered a soft depress several days ago and now no longer turns on/off my screen/phone. The fingerprint sensor still works.

Has anyone encountered a repair situation where razer was able to place a transaction hold on a credit card, send out a replacement phone first before i send in mine for repair or replacement? Reason for this is that in this day and age, along with work commitments, it is quite difficult to get by without a phone. No I don't have a spare phone as I had sold all my previous devices ;__;
