Running 5K resolution Razer Blade Pro (2017) with LG 34" UltraWide monitor

Hi,

I'm trying to get Windows on the Razer Blade Pro 2017 to properly display 5K resolution on an external LG 34" monitor. I have the monitor connected over the USB-C Thunderbolt port.

The maximum resolution available to me is 3840 x 2160 (which is an incorrect aspect ratio). I'm running it at 3440 x 1440 in the meantime, but would like to run at 5120 x 2160.

I've tried setting custom resolution in the Nvidia Geforce control panel, but the button is greyed out.

No updated display drivers since 2017 seem to exist on the Razer website.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Did you check whether the USB-C to Displayport adapter cable that you are using supports higher than 4k / 60hz data stream?
