RZ09-01953 black screen or Preparing Automatic repair

Hi everyone. I know similar issues are posted across but no real solution so far. My Racer Blade 2017 (7700HQ) won't boot up anymore. Most of the time it is a black screen, 1 out of 20 times I get to see the "Preparing Automatic Repair". Booting from USB Win 10 won't work, Recovery mode neither. Heard some folks are getting recovery sticks which makes me wonder if they are special USB dongles that do something different than a bootable USB, and if yes how can I obtain one? I can access the BIOS change settings etc. which makes me believe that this is not a hardware issue but rather inconsistent boot partition that is required for normal boot past the BIOS. I have removed and tested the NVME SSD on another laptop and it works fine. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank for your time.
