Samsung S10+ updated...and Razer Junglecat stopped working properly...

A few hours ago I received an update from Samsung for their S10+. I purchased the Razer Junglecat last year because my phone was one of the few models available with the case sizing...

The product is "ok" and I would feel better saying it was more than exceptional except I would be lying to myself... it could have been so much better...but the lack of support for popular games besides FORTNITE really leaves a sour taste in my mouth, sadly.

I enjoy playing ROBLOX fortunately and it's one of the games that is supported...at least until a few hours ago when I updated my phone. Now both my Joysticks do not respond and the only thing that works is my jump button and start button...

Usually when things like this happen... I test my controller on different gaming apps to find the root cause. I try to self diagnose my problem before asking others for help.

I've tested this on two other gaming apps: Grand Theft Auto: Vicecity and Fortnite. Both of those games have similar issues with certain buttons not working except the Joystick works in those games but the A, B, X, Y button do not. Weird...since they worked before the update.

Anyway, I could forgive all of this except when I went on the Google Playstore I found the last time the Razer Gamepad app was updated in 2019...man you guys really suck.

I think Razer is becoming the next Alienware... I used to be proud buying and using Razer products during my WoW raiding days. I once had a Razer Mouse last over 5 years! Good times.

However just as with Alienware, they went from an innovative group of gamers with a company to something that is now Over-Hyped and Overpriced. That's what it feels Razer is nowadays...

Anyway if a dev sees this please update the Razer Junglecat to function properly with Samsungs S10+ update. A lot of apps and games no longer work. I still love Razer but please don't abandon your customer and fanbase.

Update 2/24/20....1 hour later after googling.

I found a temporary fix for those who have Samsung Galaxy S10+ and updated to Android 11.

1) Go to settings on your phone.
2) Click on Accessibility.
3) Click on Installed Services.
4) Turn every app that is ON to OFF.
5) Connect the controller and try again to see if it works!

Sadly this is a problem on Androids side since Razer and other controllers worked with Android 10. Apparently this is a huge bug that was known about but never fixed before they released A11...what a fricken mess and nightmare.
