Say no to headset hair. Let your luscious locks run free and look your best in front of your audience with the new Razer Ifrit in-ear headset:

The Razer Ifrit combines a professional grade condenser mic with an enhanced audio experience through an analog to digital converter into one discreet form factor that’s perfect for streamers. The accompanied Razer USB Audio Enhancer is also equipped with two 3.5mm combo audio jacks that also enable two people to speak through one device, perfect for your co-streamer to join in the game banter.

Let us deliver on the hardware, you just need to be you. Check out the Razer Ifrit today:

If I buy the IFRIT, do I get a ticket to the ROH/NJPW event at MSG? ;)

This headset would be nice for esports casters and streamers who dont want a full fledged headset which gets too hot to wear for long sessions. Not sure if it uses the same drivers the hammerhead uses but they look similar.

If you're not a wrestling fan, chances are that you don't knot who Kenny Omega is. But there are millions around the world who do.

With his exposure, this partnership is a good move by Razer to grab the attention of potential new customers.

Nice, the only reason why there is not to buy is because I prefer desktop microphones but if it were not for that, this is a very good option.

Interesting new product! I would never need it myself, but I see how this could be useful for some people around esports and all of that. Nice to see the Hammerhead type cues in there too.

A new type of product that is attractive.
Lighter and the earplugs offer a better noise isolation without overheating than a classical headset.

That's really personnal but i can't use this at home, with a big family i allways keep a free ear.

I mean yeah it could be like some other companies partnering with Terry Crews etc. But tbh I dont think 90 percent of the gaming community knows who this guy is. I would rather have an endorsement from someone that matters in gaming, rather than a wrestler, no offence to the guy. Everyone has their own hustle.

All depends on what they are trying to achieve:

    - Promoting products to the already existing Razer community
    - Trying to bring new customers in that may have never heard of Razer before

Razer already has partnerships with known people in the eSports community, are at many gaming/tech conventions, so adding an outsider to reach more people is not a bad idea. Even if non-wrestling-but-razer-fans don't care :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Kenny is considered by many to be the #1 wrestler in the world right now, so Razer has nothing to lose. It's more "marketing" than "endorsement" and they are reaching people that might have never heard of Razer before.

But I get your point, as a gamer who already knows Razer and don't care about wrestling, the Kenny Omega partnership won't change anything for you, or for almost any member of Razer Insider. But I don't think that's who this partnership is aimed at for the most part.

As for me, well, as being both a Razer and Wrestling fan, I think it's pretty cool ;)

Chill dude, just said most people dont know the guy. If you love him, more power to you. Yeah he should wear headphones before entering the ring, really bring in that wrestling crowd. ;)

i bet you can still use this and still keep a free ear.
just slightly lift one of the plugs away from your ear so that the headset is just slightly offset...that way, you can hear your family while still have a ear the stream etc

lol...and how would that affect their hair then?
maybe they could just sell hair extension or stuff like that, so bald streamers can wear them?
    but that would look weird

i'm still waiting for my chroma toaster!
