Hello, I recently bought a Razer Kraken X, and unfortunately, I scratched too much of the activation code leaving it ruined and unreadable. Is it possible if I can avail myself another code for my product?

Do send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address linked to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify the model of your device and check if you are eligible for code generation. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
