Screen brightness is not changing

I have a brightness control on my keyboard and it is not changing the brightness. I've tried manually adjusting it through the settings on Windows 10, but I do not see a slider. The nightlight setting also doesn't work.

All drivers are up to date and did not have this issue until I reformatted my computer.

This can happen when there's no GPU driver or it has some fault.
I'd download DDU Tool to remove GPU drivers, then download the newest ones from GPU vendor website.
