  1. Hi!

I bought a Razer Blade 15 Base Model a few days ago and today I discovered a problem.

The screen blinks a few times when I turn the bluetooth on or off.

And after turned the bluetooth on, when I connect some USB device also happens the problem.

When pairing a bluetooth device also happens the problem.

I got in touch with the support and followed the guidelines: I updated the Intel and NVIDIA video drivers, as well as the bluetooth driver. I updated Windows too. But none of these updates solved the problem.

Does anyone know how to solve it?

Try to change battery settings from normal to high or high to normal. If you can try to cheack what power take the powerbrick when this problem appear (most of smart plugs have this feature), Also you can try to restore windows from beackup.

    btw. Try another outlet.

  3. I do not know if I got it right.

The problem occurs with the notebook using only the battery and also with the charger plugged into the outlet.

The battery settings do you refer to is this in below image?

You try like i say above to change power mode and see if the issue appear of difrent settings ? For the power brick i write it becose disturbances in the supply of electricity on power brick can give you simmular result. Also if you have bad settings on power mode or error on graphic card is not common but also sometime can cause the issue.

  5. Yes, I tried change power mode and settings. The issue remainde.

In another contact with support I was directed to do a clean installation of Windows.
    That solved the problem!

    Thanks for trying to help!
