Screen Goes Black and Computer Freezes

So I have a very interesting situation.

I recently purchased the Razer Nari Headset and added it to my collection of Razer Equipment. With it, I upgraded to Razer Synapse 3.

Since then, I have been encountering errors where both of my screens will go dark and shut off, all sound stops, and my computer freezes. There is no dump file, nothing. It doesn't respond to input commands and the only way out of it is to flip the switch on the psu and cut power to my computer.

It has done it when I'm using it, when I'm idling. When my temps are below 100 degrees. I've found no common relation. I've ran Memcheck, checked my discdrive, everything.

My first opinion was my Graphics Card started to die, so after troubleshooting drivers related, including a full reinstall of windows, I replaced my Graphics Card. Still encountering the error. I've searched far and wide, and so far, the only change I can find, is that I had added my new wireless headset and related drivers.

Before I start removing Razer Synapse 3 and move to a different headset, I thought to ask the community if they had any thoughts.

I've since uninstalled my razer synapse and disabled the sdk services until I can find a permanent fix or the error continues. (It also

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. I appreciate the update on your investigation. By the way, have you checked whether your anti-virus or firewall is blocking any Razer Synapse related software too? Please add Synapse to your firewall exceptions and update your .NET Framework at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55167 and see if it helps.
