For some reason, when my laptop is on battery, the screen keeps freezing for a split second around every 10-20 seconds (sometimes less). What is strange is that when I tried to record it with obs it stopped happening. I noticed that just having obs open completely stopped it happening which tells me that there is something wrong with the graphics card since OBS is selected in Graphics Settings with Power Saving Intel Graphics set on it which I'm guessing activates them graphics for the whole screen. Plus; it's the only graphics it seems to work with because when I change to high-performance NVidia graphics it just comes up with a black screen in obs.
This may all sound complicated, but if there's anyone who can understand this please can you help? It's kind of weird and confusing for me.
