Hi! Everyone, here is my problem:
My new mic Seiren Emote does not work as it should, it only have the spectrum option in loop (that btw I did not choose). I downloaded the companion app but it still does not work or do something.
any help?

What's your computer's operating system? Does the same behavior happen while connecting the mic to another USB port or computer? Please reset the Razer Synapse 3.0. Otherwise, send me the following:
a. Synapse 3.0 logs.
b. MSinfo logs
