Sensitivity settings not working in Synapse.. Is there a way to reset your cloud profile settings?

I'm having an issue with my Deathadder Elite Chroma, where if Synapse is running it won't allow me to use my sensitivity settings, like it moves to them but stays the same speed. If I close Synapse it defaults to the original settings and works but then I don't get my lighting etc. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Synapse, I've uninstalled/reinstalled the driver for the Deathadder. All does the same thing, as soon as the cloud profile loads it goes back to the sensitivity options not working.

Hi there! Let's try to make sure that this is a cloud-related issue. Have you tried to reinstall Synapse? Also, have you tried using a different account in Synapse to fully isolate the issue? If you haven't yet, please do and let me know how it goes.
Yes I've already uninstalled/reinstalled Synapse, I've uninstalled/reinstalled the driver for the Deathadder and ran CCleaner, nothing fixed. It's only when Synapse installs and loads the cloud profile which I'm not sure if it's updating a driver for it and making it go wonky I just know right after the cloud profile is loaded is when it stops using the dpi/sensitivity settings. How would I make a different account, isn't it bound by your email address?
Also, when I don't have Synapse up, the default dpi settings work properly through the buttons on the mouse but as soon as I pull up Synapse you're unable to change your dpi.

Thanks for the update. Please send over the serial number to me through PM. Include the link to this thread as well. Let's continue there.
Razer.FatKidWanderer fixed it with a link to a firmware update, mine was an update behind. Thanks for the help. I literally did everything possible, glad I didn't have to toss it.
