Serial number and product number don't match

Hi, I just bought a razer basilisk ultimate with the charging dock and now I am trying to register them with razer on the website, unfortunately when I put the serial and product number from the mouse it says that they do not match.

The numbers are the same on both the box and the mouse itself, and the mouse was bought from a reputable store in UK, Argos, so there is no way this is a fake one or something like that.

The razer synapse 3 recognises both the mouse and the charging dock, the only problem is when trying to register them.

On the website I am trying to register them it says that the product number should start with RZ, but both product codes, from the mouse and the charging dock start with RC.

Any clue on what I can do to be able to register them?

Hi! I'm having the same issue with my keyboard and my mouse, with the one difference being that the product numbers do start with RZ.
I'm getting the same story with my new Viper Ultimate as well.

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your product registration concerns here. The serial number consists of 15 alphanumeric characters and starts with "SN" while the product number starts with "RZ" and has 12 or 16. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
Hello, same story for my Razer Viper Ultimate mouse. My product number starts with RC and my serial number starts with PM.
