Serious Top-Up PIN issue


Hi,
I opened a ticket Ticket ID: 18001074. I created 9 x $100 Razer Gold Direct Top-Up PIN from my account within 5 pm to 6:35 pm from my account and gave those Razer Gold Direct Top-Up PIN to my brother to reload on his account but he only able to reload 4 PINs and another 5 PINs are showing "Failed to Reload". When I knocked on LIVE CHAT they told me that those 5 PINS are already used. They told me that all those PINs are used within 10-15 minutes after I created those PINs. In the whole time I sat on my laptop, so there is no way other people can use those PINs. One of my Friend faced the same problem which you solved after complaining few times, here is his ticket number: 17197489 . Please check the issue of this ticket number: 17197489 then you can relate my problem with it. My friend created the PIN on 19th march and you told him that his code is used on 17th March. Mr Paramesvaran & amp; Nurfarah solve his issue. And recently your system behaves strangly, sometimes system don't ask for 2 Step verification when we create Razer Gold Direct Top-Up PIN. Could you please forward this issue to proper department so that they can check the issue? It's a serious issue, people will loose faith on Razer if it continues. Please take this matter seriously. happened 2 days ago as per them its redeemed but it was like 2 min gap and the person who was redeeming is a known friend

Did You contact Razer Support, what did they say? I think it’s a common problem and many people is facing the exact problem.

same happened with me, this month i have 4 pin has been redeemed few mins after I took them out from my razer gold balance.
Razer support cannot do anything and just ask to report to police.This is unacceptable as i never expect this would happen when purchase from official website.
If this is due to hacker how would they get the PIN almost same time as us? Strongly feel that is Razer Gold scammed their customer. Or system has problem give duplicate code to different people.I don't know.

Yes, I had explained everything but they told me same shit to make police report. This is a common issue nowadays, I talked with regular Razer users and they faced same situation multiple times. I think Razer customer support is aware of this situation and they are scamming their customers.
