OK. Just bring more shipping methods and if there are more, it is again for specific and small amount of countries. Mostly it is with the highest price - the lowest time delivery, but most people are not in hurry to get the products, they need the lowest price for the delivery. But nope, I even read that you will turn only a single shipping method which is expressive delivery for every country, that is where Razer messed it up.

Thank you again for the responding. :)

I have one question regarding ordering. I live in Europe, and I would like be sure that when I order a product (or claim it via voucher) from Razer store in Europe, that this product is shipped from inside the Europe.
Why I am saying that? Because I wouldn't like to pay customs fee because product came outside of Europe. Already mention shipping is high for Croatia (cca €43), so I want to be sure I won't be bothered with customs.

Is there any way for this?

Europe countries do not pay customs fee too often, this habit is more like for the Asia or USA. So it doesn't matter where you order is coming from it won't bother you with extra fees. And i think most of them do ship from their central headquarters which is Asia.

Well, this is the problem. Orders from inside the Europe don't require custom fees, but those outside the Europe (China, for example) do. That means that I can expect to pay customs alongside with shipping fee.

Read my post again, and if you don't believe me i did order in the Europe and needed shipped from Asia and still didn't had to pay any custom fee. Feel free to check others post as well, and anyway they send the item where it is in stock not from where you'll want to.

I read it good enough first time. Because you didn't pay any customs fee, it doesn't mean that I wouldn't, too. Your example is more like a exception than a rule.

But I don't want to argue. I just hope that custom fee won't slap me over my wallet.

WOW, I'm sure that even if Razer paid to take the product that there would be some that would complain, I swear nothing is good enough these days. If you don't like free products then go away and find something else to complain about. If shipping to your country makes it not worth it what is the big deal, don't bother with it, it never cost you anything anyway. Simple isn't it !!!

We have to understand those gamers who are in some far away countries that even the shipping takes a long way, for having to pay the fees, and even those countries who have their economy much lower than the international currencies like euro or dollar, it is hard to them to submit indeed to the fees. But think that there's no other way of paying less or even none, this is the Razer service and we must do a little sacrifice to get the products.

I really hope that the Canada shipping cost isn't too high but I think it's free if you buy over 75$ so might just get something else all the same time

That's the thing though - they already have a contract with a company, and it would cost Razer to more to have multiple contracts, so that's not really a realistic option. At least, not at this time.

I'm from Canada, look at my comments in this thread of my two Zsilver orders.

Can not agree more, it just doesn't work that way in the wild. In fact, most companies once they are satisfied with a shipper they put little if any more thought into it until they start having issues or when another shipping company approaches them with a "better" offer. A company like Razer has to look at the broader scope and choose one that is best for the overall, unfortunately for some regions, there is little that can be done. But as we can see that will not stop some people from stomping the ground an crying "That's not fair !!"

Oh well, keep up the good work, I got to say that you have more patience than me, this horse has been beaten to death many times ;-)

I have a question. So, let't speak hypoteticaly. I live in Ireland and if my sum of orders > 59 eur my shipping is free. So can i put in my basket blackwidow chroma v2 and use the code from razer silver voucher so it makes it free and after that my shipping is not free. But then I add to basket razer death adder which is 79,00eur and again use the code for 20$ discount and make whole subtotal in basket above 59eur which is eligible for free shipment. Is this correct or not? This will cost me a little more then 59eur and thats all for death adder elite and blackwidow chroma v2 ?

As it is stated in the terms, you can only use 1 voudher/cart, so you definitely cant go for the 20 dollars off.
But as for the free shipping, if you actually order something "for money" that is a good question, anyone has knowledge about that one?

What you said depends on the customs work policy and that policy is not the same in every country. Just because they weren't as strict and you didn't get charged, doesn't mean that some1 else from another country wouldn't be charged. For my country, I am certain that there would be no exception like in your case and I would get a phone call to come to the customs office with a recepit to confirm the price just because they are quite strict about the whole outside of the EU packages situation (for packages that they consider being over the 22 euros limit, judging by the size, weight etc.) + that whole procedure combined with the shipping price could cost even more than the item itself so it's better not to risk it :)

First time i redeemed something was last year around summer and i did not had to pay anything except for the shipping, but the 2nd time i redeemed there were more items to qualify for free shipping and i thought that this time as well the customs fees will not interfere. So i ended up paying the shipping and the customs too, but they only charge it when i agreed with my paypal information, there was nothing about any customs in the Razer order page. And i was expecting to pay like 70 pounds and after all i got to pay 90 which is a big difference. So i agree with you that customs fees do apply but i just didn't get mines when i first order in the same spot (UK).

I only paid 10 € for shipping to Norway, redeemed the Razer kraken 7.1 V2.
Crazy seeing that some countries have to pay 30~€+ for shipping.

Well do you order often from Asia? Because I do, and got taxed a LOT by customs, probably around 10% of my orders and from my experience, you have a higher chance if it's an express delivery carrier like UPS DHL Fedex etc

The fact that you were never under their controls and never had to pay is one thing, and I'd say, lucky you, but you can't give that kind of info the way you did to someone who mentioned being very reluctant to take the risk.

Parcels from outside Europe coming to Europe can be taxed by customs.

Whether it happens a lot or not compared to Asia or the US is one thing, but it still happens and if you want a 100% guarantee that it won't, no one can provide that.

Parcels from Razer store inside Europe used to be sent from the Netherlands, my last one came from HK though, so I believe it's all an availability matter.

Edit: I read afterwards that you were charged the second time, that's why I found it very risky to advise someone that European countries were not bothered by customs.

Yep, i think i was lucky or not on my first redeem, though i believe i payed more than i predicted on my 2nd order because of the customs.

It almost defeats the purpose of getting something for free if the shipping is high.
