Snyapse 3 doesn't want to work. At all.

In short, I've been dealing with some very frustrating issues for a few months now. Important info is that Synapse 3.0 hasn't wanted to launch for the longest time. I've done iprobably upwards of 15+ complete reinstalls of not only Synapse but the entire suite. Very frustrating, I cannot figure it out for the life of me.

What I did come across, following their support page, was that the service indeed does not want to start.

Instead, when I view the event log in Event Viewer, I get this;

Service cannot be started. System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\Synapse3\\Service\\Staging\\Devices\\Defaults' is denied.
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.FileSystemEnumerableIterator`1.AddSearchableDirsToStack(SearchData localSearchData)
at System.IO.FileSystemEnumerableIterator`1.MoveNext()
at System.Collections.Generic.List`1..ctor(IEnumerable`1 collection)
at System.IO.Directory.GetDirectories(String path, String searchPattern, SearchOption searchOption)
at Synapse3.Host.DirectoryHelper.Copy(String source, String target)
at Synapse3.Host.Service._Start()
at Synapse3.Host.Service.OnStart(String[] args)
at System.ServiceProcess.ServiceBase.ServiceQueuedMainCallback(Object state)

I'm savy, but this is beyond my capabilities. Furthermore, and I don't know if it's too relevant, but when installing Synapse 3.0 through Central, the app will show as installed until I run it and then it gives me the option to install it again, as if Central can no longer detect the program as being installed on my PC. Cortex doesn't have this issue, and Synapse 2.0 is working fine.

Very, very confused and hoping someone can help.
