This will make round seven. Oh and btw razor thanks for blocking my last thread but here is the jest link here(/every-single-update-6-now-has-killed-synapse.66470). Since owning your products (400+$ worth i might add), every single time an update gets pushed through it takes thx spatial down and/or off my machine. Every. Single. Time. We are at 7 and counting fyi. I have to complete a lengthy repair process SEVERAL times usually in order to restore my product to a working condition (several hours usually). Tonight (12/18/20) Another update was launched. This time much like 3 others thx is at least listed on my machine but i have no audio, however the game mode works fine. so i will normally have to complete one if not multiple repair process to restore it to working order. It would be nice if maybe i could get some help instead of just taking the post down? Hello?
INPUT THX SPATIAL
IF PROBLEM
HELP CUSTOMER WITH PROBLEM
ELSE
LEAVE WORKING PRODUCT WELL ENOUGH ALONE
END IF
END.
its just not that hard

Hey there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Razer is aware of the THX-related concern with Razer Synapse 3.0. Have you submitted a case? Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs by following the steps here. Save the file to any online drive account, then paste the link in the feedback section. Feel free to send me a PM too.
you guys are high if you think i am going to continue jumping through hoops to get the products i payed you for to work in the first place. i got home tonight after working 10 days straight only to find out now that my mic is no longer working. And before you say something dumb i can hear feedback when i blow gently across the mic so the HARDWARE is functional but the SOFTWARE is once again having a failure. I verified all input settings were correct across windows and discord and all other platforms i use (which have not been changed since last February so don't even go there) and then performed the "repair" function, again, for the 9th flipping time to try and get your garbage 200$ headphones to simply work as intended. and instead of fixing my mic, the repair feature removed thx spatial from my computer (which also implies that the REPAIR feature did not fix my input problem as well). again. for the 9th time. no exaggeration. so im having to REREPAIR your crap with fingers crossed hoping your garbage product might accidently work until i can get some better hardware for the setup. and i am not gonna dm you because i genuinely feel its my civic duty to inform any poor soul that wanders across this thread doing research about a possible purchase that buying products from razer, in my experiece, is 100% a waste of time and money. so for the random guy reading this, this goes out to you. dont buy razer. they are overpriced and their software/coding is a genuine joke. I strongly recommend avoiding purchases from this company at all costs. i have tried literally everything in my power to make it work and i genuinely believe that purchasing from a competitor is the way to go. i personally will be redoing everything i have, scrapping razer and going with logitech. i recommend following suit.
