So much crashing so little joy - what should I do?

Hello.
I posted on another forum, thought I fixed the issue, then the thread was closed by an admin (i think).

The latest update was welcomed with constant crashing and device failure.

This is really difficult to fathom since the quick fixes did not work : such as restarting the process, or fully uninstalling razer entirely, then reinstalling it (this was sort of ok but then is now worse than before).

My devices are constantly failing, ruining my gaming to the point I can't even play.

I figure that posting log files might help, but I have no idea what to provide since I have 6 razer devices that used to work fine. But now are all failing regularly with no obvious trigger - even at idle devices are constantly flashing then showing default colors (or at least not the colors I have set).

I have:
2 x razer cynosa keyboards
tartarus pro
tartarus v2
naga trinity mouse
and
kraken headset

so posting logs will be insane - but I am willing to try and share what ever those that have help to offer or recommendations.

Thanks for any and all help in adavance.

Ok.
So I read somewhere, that having identical devices is a no-no.

I got rid of the second Cynosa and put a legacy keyboard in its place.

If this works in the next couple days, I will report back and confirm that even though I had all of my devices working properly for years, this new update is militant about identical devices now, and will NOT allow that really common-sensical factor. So, I will let the eager masses see what happens when I have determined if this new config allows proper device handling.

Cheers,
CC.

@Morbane Yes, only 1 device of the same product will be detected by the Synapse application, but it should not affect other devices or cause any issues. If you're experiencing the same problem as you mentioned, try to repair the application by following the steps here. If that didn't work PM me so I can raise this to our Software Team.
