Software is not updating


Hi all,

I saw there's a new update from razer central, but when i clicked on the update and wait for it, it kept mentioning fail to update. I tried switch off my firewall or anti-virus, it keep giving me the same problems. Can anyone please guide me on how to update?

Thanks for letting me know. Going back to my previous question, are you using a personal computer and connected to your home network? I am asking this to ensure that there's no corporate level of security that is hindering the update for the Razer Synapse/Central. Please gather your Razer Synapse logs by following the steps from this link. Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.
