(SOLVED) having USB 3.0 issues

so i am having this issue with my streaming PC. its a Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Rev 1.0 mother board with a i7-3770k CPU, and i have my Ripsaw HD, Kiyo, and Kraken TE headset controller plugged into the back of the PC in the USB 3.0 ports. however the issue it windows is telling me they preform faster when plugged into 3.0... but they ARE plugged into 3.0! so i am trying to find out what i need to do to fix this. everything is updated, drivers are good, no updates from windows. i tried all the USB 3.0 ports and its still telling me they preform better in 3.0 (again...THEY ARE PLUGGED INTO 3.0).

this is driving me nuts!

edit: i was able to solve the issue with everything by plugging in the cable that came with the Ripsaw HD.
