Hi! first, sorry for My bad English;

In the past 3 months, i got the Anzu smartglasses, from Amazon (i got this but the prices are bery high in this moment, more than the doble of the actual price :s)

When i got My glasses, i see a detalle with this; in the first time i try yo turn on, My glasses never turn on (usualy, the glasses says when this turn on), but after a lot of tries, this turn on.

in the rest of the days, i got the same problem, i have dificult to turn them on, but i detect one thing, and is i only have the problem with one side, cause i join to the application, and this notify only detect one side

yesterday, i charge my glasses and turn on without problems, but, suddenly, this turn of without notifications.

after that, i cannot turn on again.

in the rest of the day, i try to turn on them, but i dont have answer from the problematic side, but in the night, i got response from this and can turn on again.

today is fully charged, but the problematic side get problema again, and i cannot charge again because the led turn of when i connect...

i need help to solve this, because i spend a lot of money in this glasses, and this hurt me because i dont have more money to buy another :s

i dont have waranty because im from mexico, and the serial number dont match with anything

someone know where i can send my glasses to repair?
