Hi. I think I have a similar issue to yours, as the Synapse program will crash when I try to switch tab, and the profiles disappear (like this https://i.imgur.com/ozocJZa.png ). The lighting will still work fine but razer macros / keybinds don't work. I often get the Nari Headset disconnecting too. I have to force restart Synapse to get it to work.
I tried contacting support and they didn't help.

Here too. This software is sh1t! It loses profiles and all macros are gone.
I have to terminate the software and then start it up so it somehow retrieves the profiles once again from the net (but sometimes THE WRONG ONES!)
Very disappointed and I just cannot recommend any razer product anymore...
Besides, Razer still neglects all users with this problem, FOR YEARS!

yes bro! this few day i am trying to do investigate, once i see low battery alert, then i try restart my computer, after restart everything back to normal! battery full again !!! god damn razer synapse software are suck!!!
You need two different software for Razer peripherals. I own an old Razer peripherals (Black Widow TE and Razer Kraken 7.1 V2) and bought a Razer Basilisk. When I plugged in the Basilisk it was not recognized by Synapse 2.0. I found out later that I need to use the Synapse 3 for the Basilisk. Like WTF!
