I just spilled a little bit of water on my blackwidow 2014
It started to type random keys or type the key three times when i would press a,h or esc

I unplugged it and let it dry for like 30 mins and i plugged it back in for like 5 mins

it worked for about 15 seconds and then when i pressed the same keys listed above after those 15 seconds the key spam would come back

anyone know what happens from here? i have it set downwards and drying unplugged and i plan on leaving it that way for the night i guess

    lol
I would remove all the keycaps, let it dry for a couple of days, test it, and then go from there.

probably be best to remove the keycaps and then putting it in rice for a whole day or maybe even a couple days just to be sure. if you turn wet electronics on it could harm them even more so you want to make sure its completely dried out. The rice helps suck all the moisture out from places you cant normally get to.

I'd pull off every key, put it in a sealed bag with rice and let in rest for a couple of days, but if it doesn't work then there is nothing you can do except to contact the support

  7. Also try to pour out some water if possible
