    Hi everyone!

This is my first post and I'd like to talk about one of my favorite games, as many of you may know the trilogy came to an end a long while ago but after replaying all 3 campaigns I came to the conclusion that Wings of Libery is the best from the bunch by the simple fact that you had choices, yeah choices.

I really enjoy games where they give you options of how the story will unfold. Those options were:
    Dr.Hanson/Selendis, Tosh/Nova and Nydus/Air.

In wol we had complete whole missions around the choices we made and with their unique rewards and even a secret mission full of choices that didn't affected the outcome but for the sake of customization, you chose what enemies to release, that reinforcements to get and if you wanted to release the brutalisk.

We didn't really get any of that in hots and lotv, those storylines were cheesy and linear. The zerg mutations "missions" if you could call them that, I mean, don't get me wrong, those were good but it was all over in 5 minutes. All you had to do was to A-move your units and that was just it.

In conclusion, what made the game so great for me where the choices in the terran campaign, the armory and lab upgrades were permanent so you had to be really careful because there was no turning back. WoL was more mature where your actions had weight and repercussions, you literally decided if someone died or not. I feel like Blizzard got lazy after wol, the expansions are linear and they take you by the hand.

The delay for the next expansions by years made me forgot the previous campaign storylines. I'm too lazy to replay them again for the sake of refreshing myself of the storyline. But WOL was way more exciting than Hots & LoTV in terms of difficulty and play style. Like you said they got lazy and add a few new things in it and call it a new campaign. I don't hate it, but the price justify a new $60 slap for each new expansion. I missed those times back when expansion or add-ons cost only 1/4 fraction of the original game price.
