It's somewhat inconsequential now because the issue is the same as others above have said. The bank contacted me to approve the transaction but apparently that initial dispute cancels your order and you have to get at the back of the line, which I won't do. I didn't know that 3 days ago however when I initially tried contacting him.
It is worth getting visibility on the fact that he spent 3 days purposefully ignoring me. That is unprofessional and pretty unacceptable.
Played Witcher 3 last night for a couple hours. Has in bed (with cooling pad) and the temps stayed around 70 and fan noise wasn't that bad / noticeable. At least he wife didn't make comment like she did when I tried out the XPS 15...
Is GTA 5 AAA? I don't remember but it does become noticeable. Not like super loud loud but it is loud enough.
That means you didn't do the "pre-fraud" notice to let your bank know you'll be making a purchase soon from whatever company. Maybe you can try to do what he told the other guy, place a new order and contact support.
Yeah, I should have contacted the bank ahead of time. I never really think/worry about doing this because literally every other online/out-of-state/out-of-country purchase I have ever made that has been disputed required me to only approve it and then it could be re-run. The fact that a company the size of Razer's can't re-run a card without canceling the order is absurd.
In any case I won't be buying from Razer at this point. It seems clear from Technokat's responses that you won't be jumping the line if you place an order now. I will wait until it is in stock at MS and get it for cheaper and probably sooner than late June.
To clarify, I believe I've only told the guys encountering the authorization issue to re-order, provide both IDs and let support take care of it,

@VeryCrushed very good of you to add this guide for those unfamiliar with the process. However, while I've not yet done this on Win10 I think you may be missing a step. The image cloned is going to restore the original 256 GB partition but that has to be extended to use the full 512 GB of the new drive, via the Storage utility in Administrative Tools, no?
So my order just jumped from submitted to in process, so what does that mean? Does it mean it will ship soon?

So I definitely have the same "hard drive sound" near the keyboard other users had. I think the lights themselves make a really scratchy hum. I only checked it because I read somewhere else someone had that issue and i wanted to confirm if mine did to. I can't hear it unless I put my ear directly up to the keyboard. If I listen from behind it I can't hear anything.
Got my Blade this morning and now I'm just waiting for the 512 drive from Amazon to do the swap. I'm using Acronis True Image to just clone the drives. I already created my backup of the 256 partitions and I'll restore them to the 512 once it gets here. I'll let everyone know how it goes. I'm lazy and I don't want to do the Windows recovery..lol
So now the question is could I cancel it if it is in process, just in case MS has one before this one ships because I would save money from MS and have it ship way faster.

And I am still sitting here, tryint to snatch it from the ms store. Been watching it constantly for 4 days now and have not been able to snag any.
I have tested it. Windows is the second to last partition. It uses diskpart to create a partition using all the available space, then shrinks 500mb for a recovery partition at the end.
Essentially, it will always utilize all available space.

Contacted CS and surprisingly got an email back quickly, but not surprisingly they didn't help me at all. They told me there was nothing they could do and that my new order will ship out on June 17th. Thanks Razer. Going to go camp MS website now. What is the link to the now in stock site?
I will just wait to exchange it once the Microsoft store has stock near me and just do a straight exchange since I bought the protection plan.
