Hey everyone. Just wanted to give a heads up.
My Nvidia experience app is telling me that the drivers are up to date at version. 359.30. I've clicked to have it check for updated numerous times and it says that they are up to date. I did a quick manual check on Nvidia's website and found that according to them (the card manufacturer) v365.19 is the most recent update. I'm downloading them now to install but wanted you all to know that for some reason the Game Ready drivers for DOOM were not installed.
I found on my desktop with the GTX 970 that I was getting really bad FPS and performance until I updated to the game ready drivers in DOOM. Though, I was able to update via the GForce Experience app. Not sure why it won't update on the laptop. Anyway, I wonder if I will see a performance bump with these more recent drivers. I'll let you all know soon.
EDIT: My assumption was correct. While I'm not seeing a drastic increase in FPS (Getting on average about 50-55 dipping a bit lower dependent on details) All of the stuttering that I was having while playing are gone and it is smooth as butter now. I thought that the game running at 50 fps would have still been fairly smooth but it was stuttering like it was randomly dropping fps. Turns out it just needed the driver updated. Just sharing for those who want to max experience on their Blade
All settings on "High"
Fan setting (via Synapse) on "Cool"
Power Settings on laptop set to "Performance"
So, even though I requested to cancel my order due to getting the Blade from Microsoft , Razer up and shipped me my order.
Really don't want to have to pay for return shipping for a product that I requested to be cancelled, especially when the last email I received from Razer stated it would ship after 5/25/16. When I send in the cancellation request it was still at the Submitted status. I sent an response email to hopefully get ahead of this, but I have little hope that they will be able to handle this without giving me the run around.
Any help @Razer|Technokat ?

Yep, requested cancellation on 5/19. I could potentially refuse delivery but will likely be out of town around then. Address is my office and would be surprised if our front desk could follow any directions.
I wouldn't ever recommend just sending an email, there's a chance they won't get to them all. We don't know how many they get a day, you should call there support number and it would have been cancelled within 24 hours. Mine was within an hour of doing it.

That hindsight tho...
I had cancelled another order successfully on Wednesday. One that was in the same status but I knew wouldn't make it due to that original card being compromised. They got back to me and cancelled without any banal follow up. Through email too. So thought I would be fine in this case.
The fun part being when they emailed to confirm my cancellation this time right before shipping it anyway they said "Your 11293924738 is due to be shipped in 3 to 5 business days."
Should have had plenty of time by their own admission. Curse their quick shipping?
The day that I never thought would come indeed came, my order from Razer finally shipped today kinda sad that I didn't snag one from Microsoft for all the savings that I could do but at least now I know I will be getting mine by Thursday. Hopefully it arrives earlier than that but at least my time of misery is coming to an end and after the whole BS with Microsoft I scored a 150 dollar discount code that I was hoping I would use on saving even more money on the blade but now I can use to get a hard drive and bag or anything else from the Microsoft store

Found it! I had to update Synapse for it to show under that tab. Before, it only displayed the top portion / options. Thank you!
Yeah, it's still not recognizing my system. I'll send support an email in the AM and see what's up.
I got my blade yesterday and went to go redeem my FL Studio code, typed in my razer synapse id and password then my name came up along with the S/N already filled out. I had just registered my blade earlier on synapse and it would not let me edit the S/N. I think the S/N that it filled in for me was from my old Razer blade pro so it would not let me get my free copy.
I contacted Razer support right after this happened and they got back to me this morning telling me that someone from Image-line would contact me to help me with this issue. Eight minutes later I received the e-mail with a link to download alone with and FL studio S/N.
It was all much less of a hassle than I had initially expected.
I would have saved around 400 from MS with the additional discount but I could still use it as long as I do use it in the next 30 days
What additional discount? I'm only aware of the 10% student discount.
The retailer merely swipes or pushes the card depending on swiping or chip reading. I worked in a retailer so, if numbers are given through to us over the phone, punching the numbers through generally came back less likely to be declined due to card software and system asking for more info.
I don't know whether or not Razer even attempted the charge but theoretically they'd want it to go through no?
Does he mean $400 because he would be going from the 512 to the 256 plus the $200 student discount?
