Mine just shipped, should arrive tomorrow.
I ordered mine on 5/12/2016, it said it would be here on 6/17/2016 but now my order is shipping 18 days earlier (should be here this Monday, 5/30/2016). I'm really excited, I hope I don't find any issues with the unit I get.

My first post here but I felt the need to respond due to the troubles you all of you have experienced, most notably, TheGurgeMan.
I feel your pain as I've experienced the same issues with Dell and their horrible customer service. For these reasons, I'm no longer a Dell PC customer which is why I'm looking into the Razer Blade. After reading through this entire thread it seems like customer service in general is very lacking for these large companies. I'm waiting to hear a few more reviews on the new Razer Blade before making a purchase but I'm hoping it won't be as troublesome as the rest of you.
Stay in there TheGurgeMan. I'd recommend you calling customer service and demand to speak to a supervisor. I did something similar with Dell and was able to get some form of compensation after repeated failed orders, triple postings to my credit card, and just very poor overall customer service. Out of the 10 reps I spoke to only 1 proved to have any knowledge of what was going on. I know ultimately you just want to get the product you've been patiently waiting for but at some point complaints need to be made and heard by management. It's not guaranteed to get you anything but your voice has been clearly heard in this forum.
Grudge if you can get to a physical MS store or call one Id suggest that. I literally just drive an hour to get a razer blade they have plenty of 256GB in stock because the inventory online is not married to what's in the physical stores. I am typing this post on the blade now. They even gave me the student discount and with the additional warranty they will install a Samsung 950 for free. You just have to unbox the 950 before you give it to them. If your uncomfortable installing the 950 on your own. I am now cancelling my previous order from the MS online store.
The nearest store to me is two hours, away, I would happily drive out there, but they have it listed as out of stock there.
Call them and see if they can hold one for you and drive down there. Then have an epic journey there and back. Pls document lol. Add epic music.
Its two hours through washington dc, and then into maryland. If they had it in stock I would gladly call them to reserve one.
What about the one in Tysons Corner. I've been there before, its a huge store, with lots of product
There's not a store actually in DC? Can't you take the train through DC into Maryland and it would be faster?

I don't live in DC but I am there on business every other month or so. I have not had a chance to stop by the Microsoft Store there, but I'm willing to bet if you gave them a buzz they could help you out.
I haven't been there in awhile but its a MS Store they always want to be helpful since it look like a ghost town compared to an Apple store, hence the great CS. That's just my guess though.
So I just got a random call out of the blue from microsoft. They said that they do not have any more blades in stock, and that they have no eta for any more being shipped in, if they ever do get any more in. The person said that its something to do with razer slowing/stopping their shipments to them.
They also are sending me a 50$ gift code for my troubles.
Can anyone confirm - deny that ms is getting any more shipments? Need to know if I should cancel my order.
I swear if this is yet another setback...
Edit- they said they wpuld cancel the order, even though I never asked them too. It seems as though they are really out.
My order is still in process though for some odd reason.
Im having a whirlwind of emotioms right now. After they sent me the gift card email, there was a second email saying that it will come back in stock, they just dont have an eta.
Edit- reread the email and they still said they are cancelling it.
Edit-Edit. Im going to the ms store near me tonight and picking up a 256. I am done with waiting. Ill updrange the ssd later or use an external
I just got off the Appalachian Trail this morning and finally have service. Last I checked, mine still said On Backorder as of this morning. I bet Razer was upping their service levels because too many people were cancelling with them and placing them in the MS. I'll wait it out unless they cancel mine. I really wanted the student discount and especially the protection.

Stopped by a ms store and picked up the 256gb one. My wait is finally over. Now to just get home and crack the bad boy open.
Oh, and to anyone who wants to buy ome from the MS store at Tysons corner, sorry, I got the last one .
I live near tysons, if I go to the mall soon I would look and see if they have the laptop in stock and post here to tell you.
They had it in stock, but after I rolled through they went out of stock.
