A lot of people have been complaining about the trackpad not working on their Late 2019 Razer Blade Stealth after installing a new SSD and reloading Windows.

I had this same problem with the Late 2019 Razer Blade Stealth after installing a new SSD. Here's how I eventually fixed it:
1) Open Device Manager (type 'device' into the search bar and it should pop up)
2) Under System Devices find two devices named Intel LPSS I2C -3A48 & 3A49 (or something like that, look for two "I2C" devices)
3) On each of them, right click and select Update Driver.

The system will download new drivers and install them. You'll need to do it for both devices. After that, my touchpad worked. Good luck!
