Still have not received my order... :(

I ordered a couple of items at the end of October and still have not received them as of January 18. Several support tickets have been issued, but still nothing has been resolved. The only definite answer I have received is that the order was shipped but the tracking number was never used.

Every time I try to do an online chat, I get kicked out of the system before being able to chat with someone, and I cannot find a phone number for customer service to talk to someone.
