Streamer Companion App Doesnt Let Synapse Turn On Mouse/Dock Lighting?

I have the streamer companion app for my siren emote and now my basilisk mouse and dock dont light up. In the synapse app it says all the lighting is now controlled through streamer companion app, and there is nothing in the app that will allow my mouse/dock to turn the rgb on. Any help on this? I feel like I've been searching for months with no answers....

Do you have the Chroma Connect module installed on Synapse 3.0? For now, try to reinstall the apps in this order:

  • Install Synapse 3.0
  • Install Chroma Connect under the modules tab on Synapse 3.0.
  • Install Streamer Companion.
