I got the Kraken Kitty headphones. After downloading all the software, the Streamer Companion App won't open from the shortcut and doesn't appear on Connect. I downloaded Streamer Companion App again through the weblink and installed it. It opened.
However, none of the alerts work on my headphones. The background lights turn on to the color of my specification, but when I test anything it just turns the lights off for the coded 10 sec.
The Streamer app still doesn't show up under Chroma Connect (nothing is listed). At least when I un-toggle chroma apps under Connect it does turn off the Streamer App light settings and I can go back to spectrum cycling again.

i'm having the same issue, i contacted support but they weren't very helpful. i've done everything except uninstall my devices.
