I think it will really be awesome if you can implement a chat function for all razer insider users as well as the Team-up (Season3) . Personally, I find it difficult to communicate to random users that joined the team and with an option to enable user chat interface will be beneficial for your business as well.
Every company success is build on the fundamentals of consumers and it will be great if opinions are heard, to have a community that users can interact with each other will encourage more activities and referrals.
