Super Delayed Customer Service


I previously own 6 Razer products so I was really hyped when I purchased the Razer Blade 15 RTX 2070. However, when the package arrived, there was obvious damage to the package. When I tried to game on the laptop for a couple of days, screen freezing started to happen frequently to a point where I cannot game at all. When I contacted the support, I tried every solution possible even system recovery. The service agent suggested it was a hardware issue. I decided to return the laptop when the laptop was still within the 14 days of return windows. I kept contacting the support team for return information and they kept me waiting for 2 weeks. I didnt receive any pre-paid label for return shipment and the customer service phone call can never be answered. I emailed twice with no response. The live chat has no agents available. What should I do? I could have returned the laptop within the period if the service could be more helpful. I needed to return the product because my experience has been extremely unsatisfactory and disappointing. The product is brand new and has hardware issues. Yet Razer never gave me a clear response about what to do. Has anyone had any experience like this? What should I do if the service does help at all?

I'm waiting for a reply at my case for about 4 days and nothing, not even a dot. Good products first time I had issues with them but the support is abysmal. Even Ubisoft respond quicker and I never thought I will say those words ever... but you know never say never... They are just people after all and not a professional ones...

@joepiples Do you mind sharing with me the issues you're experiencing with your Razer product? Please PM me the serial number of the device/s in question so I can help you get sorted out.
