[Support Video] How to Troubleshoot a Malfunctioning Mic on the Razer Blade

A malfunctioning mic on a Razer Blade could be caused by an update of the OS. If you have updated your OS and the mic has suddenly stopped working properly, enable the microphone in the Windows 10 Privacy settings by following these steps found on the video.

@Maximusisback RAZER tech tips!!!!

@dekades I have noticed many Insiders submitting issues relating to the following topics

  • Audio headsets where one side of the ear is not working (Wired, USB, Bluetooth)
  • Huntsman Mini causing issues on Windows
  • Synapse 3 incompatible with MacOS

I guess some of these issues relate to firmware or software deployment, including hardware.
Insiders require some reassurance that RAZER products are still the best and RAZER do what you can to get the devices going.

All of my products are 100% fanctional and simple in use nowdays.Still sound is a complicated matter since there are multiple occasions to set it right.Other than that we are an era that wont read the manual but search youtube for a feature that our products might have.So how about guides about the simplest details to the most complicated on products (even though there are).

Very nice tutorial video from Razer but it doesnt help.
Microphone and camera Razer Blade problem exist on forum for over a year. I cannot find any solution yet.
My computer is out of warranty and I am looking for any available support online or service in Europe.
I use my computer for work and I need to fix my camera and microphone as soon as possible...
My Microphone not working and Camera not detected...
This is my only computer and I work with it. I can't ship it for repair to US.
Can you provide me with Razer support address in Europe? Do you have service team in Germany?
Is there any BIOS or drivers update for my problem?
