Surface Pro 7 + Surface Dock 2 - Blackwidow Chroma Disconnects

So I want to start off by saying that there is nothing wrong with my keyboard. I have it set up where it connects to my gaming desktop and my work laptop and then I use a USB switcher (not KVM) to swap it. It works perfect on my gaming desktop and have never had an issue with it.

Over the course of the last month or so, ONLY my keyboard is having an issue connecting (or staying connected) to my work computer. I have a Surface Pro 7 (only a few months old) with a Surface Dock 2. When I connect it up, it works for a bit and then starts to disconnect. Once it starts, it doesn't stop until I reboot. It will disconnect and reconnect over and over until I reboot. I have a USB Camera and a USB Headset that stays connected no problem, but the keyboard is the only issue I can tell.

I've worked with my IT department and they are at a loss and basically told me don't use that keyboard. When I use one they gave me (really crappy one) it works fine and I never have an issue.

While going through this, one thing they had me try was to remove the Razer Synapse software. Once I did, the keyboard worked WAY better and stayed connected for much longer and only had an issue once or twice a day and then stopped right after. I re-installed it and immediately started having issues again. I removed it again and the issues stopped. I could replicate this pretty easily and pretty consistently.

Since I work at home and in the office, I have a Surface Dock 2 in both locations. I brought my 2nd dock home and tried it and got the exact same results as the first dock. Small disconnects at first, but when I install the Synapse software, it got progressively worse. My IT group had a small stash of HP docks (connects through usb-c instead of the proprietary port of the Surface) and they let me borrow one to take home and try it. I got everything set up, connected it all up and noticed right away I wasn't getting disconnects anymore. I went ahead and installed the Synapse software and again, no issues. I've been using it now all day today and it hasn't dropped or stuttered one time.

All of that said, I'm kind-of at a loss. I don't know if it was a windows update, razer update, dock update or something in betw

My post was apparently cut off and it won't let me edit it for some unknown reason, so I'll finish it here.

All of that said, I'm kind-of at a loss. I don't know if it was a windows update, razer update, dock update or something in between. I would like to know if anyone knows what the process is to look and see what my issue is? I'd be happy to share any logs or anything else regarding this. It seems to only be happening to my Surface Pro 7 and not my gaming desktop or either of my other 2 laptops I have around my house.

Hardware I have:
Blackwidow Chroma v2
Deathadder v2 Pro
Mouse charging dock
