My name is Douglas, and I recently acquired, through Americanas Internacional, a Razer Kraken Pro V2. However, I am having trouble activating Razer Surround. I tried to contact via phone, and the attendant notified me that my phone line is no longer suitable for Razer Surround. I would like to know how we can handle this situation, since having access to Surround is something of fundamental importance. I ask that, if possible, help me.
