Hello! I have recently purchased a Kraken TE, when I go into SYNAPSE, Razer Controller, Mixer, it tells me that I have to select thx spatial audio as my default playback device for the best audio experience, I already have it selected, and the Surround Sound just doesn't work, neither does the mixer in synapse.

Can someone please help me?

Yeah there is another post in here on how to do this.

You need to manually install the legacy THX driver - THX Spatial - Synapse driver and uninstall the one the update from plug in the controller does, then it works and you can click set default from the mixer and error goes away. I did it today and it worked, look in forums for this post.

It's mentioned how to in the post: No sound when using THX sound option after latest update.
7.1 surround sound and THX spatial audio drivers are missing after being uninstalled and reinstalled (razer.com)

This will guide you through the process, windows 11 sometimes doesn't recognise 7.1 surround or THX as compatible drivers so you have to install them manually.

Honestly, they should really pin that page, I've had to do it twice already switching to windows 11 with the same peripherals.
