I bought a razer electra v2 a while ago. but about 5 months ago my surround sound pro stoped working. but im logged in on my account where i registered my headset. But the problem is i lost de cart with de product key on it so i couldnt re enable it. so now ive a headset without surround and i dont like it. anyone a idee what going on or have a solution for it how to make it work again.
