Common FAQ's

Q: Can I complete more than one activity tier?
A: Yes, you can. But you will only be rewarded based on the highest tier you complete. (i.e. If you submit entries for 5x Silver tasks and 1x Platinum task, you will only be rewarded with the prizing for Platinum (2000 Razer Silver).)


Q: I have completed 3 months’ worth of activities, but not consecutively, do I qualify for the exclusive Razer Swag rewards?
A: No, you do not qualify for it. You have to complete the activities for 3 consecutive months.


Q: Am I still eligible for the rewards if I cross-over and complete the activities from the different tiers (i.e. 3x Silver tasks and 2x Gold tasks)?
A: No, you are not eligible. You have to complete the activities from ONE tier to be rewarded.


Q: Must I complete the tasks from the same tier for 3 consecutive months to earn the exclusive swag?
A: No, you can choose a different tier each month and you will still qualify for the rewards. However, within each month, you must complete the activities from ONE tier.


Q: Can I continue to participate in this program even after earning the exclusive rewards for completing the activities for 3 consecutive months?
A: Yes, you will earn the Razer Silver accordingly.


Q: How am I going to receive my rewards?
A: We will contact you via Razer Insider.

For Razer Silver, we will send you a code that you can redeem.
For Razer Swag, we will require your shipping address and have the prizes sent to you.

For the platinum task: "Compost food waste for gardening" can you give it to your cities compost program or does it have to be homemade?

yeah another for the city compost. we have green waste bins and compostable bags for kitchen waste.

Hey MorphiusX! We don't have any restrictions on this. As long as you submit your entries in the correct format, you will be eligible for the rewards.

Hi Trixtery! Do choose only 1 tier per month as you will not be rewarded for completing extra tiers (e.g. 5 silver OR 3 gold OR 1 platinum). We will change the list monthly so do complete your chosen tier within the month.

How do you prove that you only use e-statements when banking apps etc don't permit screenshots?

Hey Quinch1199! You may use e-statements received via email for any transactions you made, not restricted to banking transaction or statements. Please be careful when sharing these screenshots and censor out any personal details/information before sharing them in our threads.

Hi real_san45! Yes, you will be able to receive Swags in India as this community program is open to everyone worldwide. However, do note that certain items are subjected to the country's customs restrictions.

Hi Virulent16, the tasks for every tier will be different each month! You may choose to complete the tasks from different tiers each month and will still be eligible to receive Swag.

Hey real_san45! As our community program only started in late August, we'll end the first month of the program at the end of September. There will be two more months of activities coming up in October and November, which will consist of different tasks.

Hey SirJayDee! As our community program only started in late August, we'll end the first month of the program at the end of September. There will be two more months of activities coming up in October and November, which will consist of different tasks. The activities for now are currently still the first month's tasks to allow more time for everyone to complete them.

So how exactly will we be contacted about the rewards? Once the month is over will everyone who qualifies be contacted via insider? Or will we each be contacted as we complete tasks? Because I have not gotten any indication that I've achieved the 1st month's rewards.

Hi there, I was wondering why I couldn't edit my entry anymore for the Community Program? I was trying to submit my entry for the second month but it says that "The Thread is not open for further replies." Has the Community Program ended already?

I wanted to partake in the 3 months challenges, however, the thread is somehow closed and I can't post anything anymore, also there are still no new tasks for octobre i think? Am I missing something or isn't the challenge going to continue?

Hello! I have a follow-up question now that new goals have been released. the post states that "As long as you have completed 2 monthly tasks, you will be eligible for the bonus Razer swag"-does this two months include the ones from Sept-October in addition to the new ones through December? Or do we have to do one in November and one in December to be eligible? Or both? I would appreciate a swift response, thanks.
