Swollen and Swelling Battery

My Razer 15 RZ09 from 2020 is expanding to the point the casing is breaking. Support has been minimal at best so I'm hoping this helps. My tracking pad doesn't work and the keyboard keys look like they're about to pop off. The 1 year warranty is a joke as the more research I've done it looks as though these batteries have around a 2 year lifespan even while properly taken care of. Please see pictures attached and understand the risks involved with purchasing a Razer laptop. Search swollen battery and you will see how common this is with razer products.

It's hard to see your unit's battery already swell. One factor is the heat. Ensure that the laptop's vents are clear from clogs or dust and well ventilated. You can check this article to prolong the Blade's battery life and optimize its performance. Also, this link shows how to keep the Razer Blade at an optimal temperature while in use. If you've contacted our Support Team, please send your case number so I can speed up its progress. Otherwise, fill in the following and send me via PM:
