So before I contact tech support, anyone know why my keyboard functions got switched around all the sudden? I tried reinstalling all the software and opening new profiles to default. shift keys are still acting weird and won't let me use their alt functions no matter what I do.

I can't login without the at symbol..

Did you maybe accidentally change your keyboard layout?

What do you mean by shift keys? The symbols for numbers 0-9?

What happens when you try to make the @ symbol?

I bet either he has a ISO keyboard and swapped to a US layout or has an ANSI and swapped to the UK layout.

That's what I'm betting on too. A US <=> UK keyboard mixup.

Try Opening Synapse and checking to see if you changed your Key Configuration.
